How do you approach helping clients with anxiety and depression?

I believe in addressing the root causes, not just the symptoms. We’ll work together to understand the unique triggers and patterns of your anxiety or depression in a safe space, developing tools that feel right for you.

Do you help with issues stemming from childhood adversity ?

Yes, absolutely. The lingering impact of past experiences can deeply affect our present. I provide a supportive environment to gently explore these connections and work towards healing those wounds.

Yes, I offer a free online consultation. It’s an opportunity for us to connect, for you to ask questions, and to feel out if the space I provide feels like a safe and right fit for your journey.

How will I know if we’re a good fit?

The therapeutic relationship is key. I encourage you to pay attention to how you feel in our sessions: Do you feel heard, safe, and respected? My priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable exploring your truth.
